The Perche region is perfect for exploring. It is a stunningly beautiful place and a protected natural park. Forests, lakes, manors and chateau abound and you can walk, cycle, go horse-riding, play golf, fish etc and of course enjoy the delight that is Norman french cuisine.
There are trips slightly further afield you can do from a base here. A day out in Paris (shopping; seeing the sites); a trip to Monet's gardens; Le Mans for racing; the Normandy beaches; the cathedral at Chartres are just a few examples.
Only a few minutes away:
Goats farm "La Hutte" where you can visit the organic farm, strike the lovely goats, and where the chilgren will enjoy participating milking them. There is a little shop where you will be able to purchase their lovely cheeses.
A few poney clubs around also, suitable for small children, and beginners. Please ask Anyes for details.
You might also enjoy a visit of the Perche region in a carriage pulled by magnificent percheron horses.
